As for 'farce', more to do with the 0.2% trolls and the media 'MJ kills 20 schoolkids' sky is falling journalism. IMHO the way forward is for the authorities to prevaricate until the whole 'reefer madness' nutter hoo-haa goes away. Kouchie in Jamaican slang for cannabis and as it was seen as promoting the local 'Kouchie culture', the song was banned in Jamaica.
