Two Pickup Trucks Collide on Jomtien Beach

The Dongtan Police were informed at 6.30 pm on 19th June that two pickup trucks had collided on Jomtien Beach Road and it was causing a lot of traffic congestion.

The police quickly recorded the scene and moved the vehicles so that the traffic could flow again.

When questioned it was found that Mr. Wanphen, aged 43, was dragging his speedboat from Jomtien, heading home to Thepprasit, when another pickup driven by Mr. Adisak overtook another car in the other lane and they collided.

When Adisak stepped down from the truck he was in a totally drunken condition. The police measured 173 percent alcohol on him therefore took him to the station to be locked up until he sobers and made an appointment for Mr. Wanphen to come back the next day to make negotiations about the car repair expenses.

One hundred and seventy three percent alcohol on him?

That dude aint sobering up for a long while, hope nobody lights up a cigarette anywhere near him.
