gungadin1 Posted July 19, 2022 Share Posted July 19, 2022 (edited) My neighbour has routed all her guttering water pipes out into the drain in road outside my gate,about 10 pipes.My garden now floods when it rains.I have had a huge falling out with her and been to local offices to make complaint.A lot of good that will do.
