NE couple scoop 12 million baht lottery win - no dream just the number of a truck they bought

Thai Rath went to investigate after a couple in Seka district of Bung Kan in the north east of Thailand won 12 million baht in the state lottery that was drawn yesterday.

 

Khwanjai, 41, and her husband Sombat had just bought a six wheel truck with the number 5094 that they used as a basis for selecting tickets - 436594 came up.

 

Khwanjai said she usually buys just 2 or 3 tickets but this time she'd purchased 7 and two of those came up netting them the 12 million first prize.

Bucking the trend of Thai lottery winners she said she hadn't had any dream revelations but she believed that good family relations were key in their good fortune.

 

She said that they take great care of her dad who has heart problems and the lottery win may have something to do with that.

 

She said they would come up with a plan on how to use the money but first thing was to pay off debts of 300,000 baht.

I believe most lottery buyers only pick the last 3 numbers , as they are

only hoping to win 3,000 Baht, strange I know , 5094 number of the truck,

so maybe only 594 numbers available ,  the first 3 numbers just random,

this time proving very lucky for them. expect they will find they now have

a lot of friends they never knew they had poping around.

Good for them but they should have kept it quiet. Now there will be "friends" contacting them that they never knew they had.

They are very lucky won the lottery,now all the new friends they have and family can u help us.The usual problems will happen.Maybe better to keep the win  more private

Exactly. And there is the possibility of being kidnapped and held for ransom, not just them but any members of their family.
