rbp727
My work visa will expire soon, it was voided when I left my job. Originally I wanted to switch to marriage visa, but forgot that I need 400k baht in the bank for 2 months. I've transferred the money to a Thai bank account, but need to wait 2 months. What are my options to stay in Thailand until then? A covid extension for 60 days sounds like the most convenient but I'm not sure if that's something available to someone whose work visa was cancelled. Next possible options are to do a same day visa run for a 30 day stamp (both land and air entry gets 30 days?) and then extend it by 30 days at immigration office, or apply for a tourist visa. There should be no issue for either option right? Would I need to show something like outbound flights?
