Thailand will likely not get not get involved this now but you are wrong about historical involvement.

 

A battalion of Thai troops, plus other elements of the army, air force and navy assisted South Korea during the Korean War. South Vietnam was supported more heavily by Thailand, who lost 351 troops killed in action and 1,358 wounded. RIP.
