I will need to travel back to Belgium for a medical intervention and will return to Thailand.
The whole traveling time will be about a week time.
I have an Visa type "O" and a valid "Reentry Permit".

I would like to know what documents and others I need to carry to comply with Immigration and flight (Thailand and Belgium).

TIA

A passport that enables you to enter both countries & airline tickets for the same

I don't know what is left of Covid/vaccination requirements.

What is your vaccination status?

Nothing required for Belgium:

On the subject of travel does anyone know what has happened to Scoot airs Bangkok to London Gatwick service, the route can no longer be booked on the scoot website for next three months and no official notice of cancellation of the service.

Both Bangkok contact numbers on the website not working.

I remember that someone wrote a few days/weeks ago about "Proof of bank deposit" at Suvernabhumi of reentry of Thailand.
Do I need to show the proof or is my reentry permit sufficient?

With a re-entry permit, and being vaccinated, there should be no other requirements. Only if your re-entry was based on an original Non O-A visa might there be an issue. They could then demand to see insurance proof.

Do you have a nonstop flight? Thai Air.

Nonstop flight are very expensive.
Found very cheap flights with 1 stop over, but need to wait for information from Belgium about the date.

I just returned to UK for a trip,  re-entry permit given with my Non-O extension.  No checks for any vaccination records,  just passport only.  I didn't check in any bags,  heard that airports have alot of shortage of staff,  and didn't want to lose any luggage.

Direct flight with Eva Air.

Very quick,  no problems,  hopefully will be the same on my return to Thailand.
