DaRoadrunner
Does anyone know a bar in Bangkok that is showing Formula 1 (WITH COMMENTARY and without background music or gogo dancers) Thanks Roadrunner
JayClay
I'd image any sports bar would, providing there's not another "more important" sport clashing with it. If you say which part of Bangkok you're in perhaps we could provide some suggestions.

buick
you could try the clubhouse on sukhumvit soi 23. they have multiple screens. they don't play music so for certain TV events, the sound of the TV is on.
HarrySeaman
Google "sports bars bangkok". Find several within easy walking distance of each other, go early, look them over, and ask if they are showing the F1 race. Stay at the one that suits you best. Sky F1 has the best uninterrupted race coverage. The race starts 5 minutes before 14:00 in England, which is 20:00 here (England is on Daylight Savings Time but not Thailand so there is a 6 hour difference at this time).
