Shocking footage showed the moment a drug crazed foreigner tried to steal a Honda car being filled up at a gas station in Ayutthaya.

 

He got in the back and pulled the pipe out of the tank before the driver managed to get out taking the ignition key with him

 

The assailant then sat on the hood of the car. He was armed with a 15 cm folding knife. 

 

Uthai district police made an arrest of a 28 year old Taiwanese man called Ou Jui Hao at the scene after help from locals. 

 

He tested positive for amphetamines in his system.

He was charged with attempted theft, criminal damage and illegal entry after tourist police got involved in the case and he was subjected to a three hour interrogation, reported Thai Rath.

 

When he finally calmed down it emerged that the suspect had crossed via water into Thailand through a natural border with two friends.

 

After an argument with the friends he got a lift to Ayutthaya where he tried to steal the Honda.

 

He was on illegal entry and there is a drugs case he is facing from June also on the books.

It's so rampant here.  Probably rampant everywhere as the stuff is so addictive. 

Deport this fool, Thailand does not need any more meth heads. I hope he is a known drug used in Taiwan as well.
