THAIJAMES
I have a 30 year lease on a piece of land that I am renting from someone. Can they sign power of attorney to sell the land so that in the future I can sell the land without needing their approval? (for example if they pass away) The person executing power of attorney would be left blank until time to sell. Is this possible? Thanks in advance.
