There is a Russian guy who rides around Jomtien with a Russian flag on the front of his motorbike and with a loudspeaker playing Russian military music. Not much different to what the OP is suggesting. I speak some Russian (as a result of having had the misfortune to work in Russia for an extended period some years ago). The majority of Russians I've spoken to in Thailand are supportive of Putin. I had an interesting conversation one evening last May - three twenty-something Russian guys drinking beer at Bali Hai pier. They were telling me they supported Putin and the war, they just didn't want to get involved in the fighting themselves! -

That's not the concern. In Singapore, the consequences of having THC in your blood or urine can be severe, even if you consumed cannabis outside the country. Arrest and Investigation: If you’re subjected to a drug test and test positive for THC, you may be immediately arrested and investigated. 2. Punishment: • A positive drug test can result in up to 10 years of imprisonment, a fine of up to SGD 20,000, or both. • You may also be required to attend mandatory rehabilitation programs if deemed necessary. 3. Travel History Irrelevant: Singapore enforces a zero-tolerance policy for drug use, regardless of whether the consumption occurred within or outside its borders. 4. Possible Banishment from Entry: If you are a foreigner, you may face deportation and a permanent ban from re-entering Singapore. -
