Just enter an age much higher than your real age and/or a taller height in the base data and forget then that you did that. The scale will start lying to your about your fitness to your full satisfaction.
josephbloggs
Quote Does anyone have advice or experience buying a good scale to weigh oneself in Bangkok? And if there is a digital scale that measures other things like bmi. Thankyou Homepro have them. I bought a Leaone one. Does all the measurements you want, links up with an app on your phone that remembers and tracks everything, it can give you graphs over time. Really clean and simple to use. Open the app, click on weigh, step on the scales and everything is there on your phone. Can't remember the price but it wasn't much, less than 2k baht. And it doesn't run on batteries which is a good thing. (Pictures are not my data)
