BTW I haven't read all the article but the piece I did read there was no mention if the tests were 'sprung' on them or was there perhaps a few days notice? There are simple psychological tests that applicants could be required to do before joining the RTP. Or they could even make those tests mandatory for everyone already in the RTP.
