As I said in an earlier topic, he's way to paranoid to leave the borders of Russia.

You must be talking about the unkempt, unshaven dude in a dirty green t-shirt who only attends virtual meetings via green-screen setups.
Putin just attended a meeting in Astana, Kazakhstan where he met with numerous Asia heads of states.  Just saying.  Stay on top of your Geo-politics.  Otherwise you end up sounding ignorant.

If he did come, would he be allowed to sit at the end of a very long table on his own??? How many Asia Pacific would abstain from coming??? Is Thailand so desperate, that it needs Russian Tourists to rebuild its economy??? Does Thailand have a complete lack of human values???

After what happened to his buddy Viktor I doubt he will ever come here.

Putin is terrified !  Every  one saw the photos a few months back on the table as long as a football pitch !
He doesn’t trust anyone, not even his own dogs bodies of generals.

Putin had an embarrassing moment in Kazakhstan

At the summit in Astana, President of Tajikistan Rahmon addressed Putin: "Please do not relate to the countries of Central Asia as the former USSR!"

???? not many places want Russia

It's not that they do not want Russia, it's Putin they do not trust.  Iran, of course is a different story

They wish to maintain their ties to Russia.  It is Putin they do not trust.  Iran is a different story.

Since Putin started his war crimes in Ukraine he's visited several countries Tajikistan,  Turkmenistan, Iran, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. That's it. The picture is clear.

Other than Iran, looks like he's wanting to get the band back together again.  Not going to happen.
