This is on the government leaders who ALL failed miserably in protecting the general public victim of past, present and future! Throw in religion a few Wai say you are sorry and that will make the problem go away our culture will surface to fix the problem! When the general public spell over them T. I. T. Wake up and demand changes more will die, more Wais and apologise will continue as leaders feel this is the value of a Thai life until it happens to one of their own!
