I like those drinking yoghurts. 10% sugar though. Easy quick meal.

 

While travelling always pick up soda water, vanilla or strawberry protein drink, spicy sausage, and shrimp dumplings, then I can keep it going another 3-4 hours.

I used to feed my daughter's rabbit the ham and cheese variety.

 

One day I tried him on a cheese and spinach one.

 

The next morning we found him dead.

 

The vet said it was " mixingmytoasties"!

They are only available in some stores. Many stores don't stock them.

I like the fishburger. Made will Pollock from the Bering Sea, according to the packet.  They are popular - my local 7-11 will have 6-7 on the shelf in the morning and by late afternoon they'll all be gone.

By contrast, the shrimpburger is pretty horrible and seem to be a slow seller.

Greek youghurt and a banana is always a good breakfest early morning with a protein drink if no hotel breakfest or early start. 7/11 is great when traveling and save time. 

When on the road, sometimes this beats an over priced fast food meal.

That's what some of us need especially first thing in the morning when we feel wobbly and nauseous. Sets me up a treat for the day!

Very true. Thanks. Have to make more effort. Necking a sugary soft drink or coffee with two spoons of sugar is just a lazy fix.
