Ais Serenaide Club/card

Featured Replies

Dear All,

Due to the fact that I was just happy to get any service without pay as you go (along with three overseas trips with int roaming) my AIS bill was enough to get me a Serenaide card delivered with about 10 pages of benifits, etc, all in Thai.

Could someone please explain to me what this card is used for? I assume the Serenaide lounges in Siam Paragon and Central, etc... Any enlightening would be appreciatied in advance..

yep they updated mine to a platinum earlier this year too, nice guys.

I have a Serenade card and it got me free international roaming. There are many other benefits but that is the best one. Previous to this, I found the cost of activating the roaming to be too expensive.

Serenade is pretty cool actually.

Basically you can call them up for anything. I called them up when my car broke down and they had a mechanic on sie within the hour.

If you call them up ( you have the Serenade call centre use now!!) they speak perfect English (way better than the regular call center saff) and will explain all the benefits to you.
