Thailand's foot paths are the worse I have ever used . Uneven , missing tiles or slabs , holes ( I once saw a farang break his ankle in Pattaya 2nd road , because of a hole in the foot path ) , electric poles in the middle of the paths . High kerb drops . Street vendors trading on the paths which reduces the width of the path etc etc . I have seen deep construction holes that are left overnight without protective guardrails . Health & safety in Thailand hardly exists . -

Skype to be shutdown in May
Many members have put forward many alternatives to Skype, across the many Skype threads. Most are download, install, set up an account with email and password, add money, make calls. As another member asked, "Why do some people have drama with everything where some people have none?" Many of the Skype alternatives are just as easy to set up as Skype was. I put forward a few alternatives. One of them I said I could not recommend because it was not easy to set up.
