He's always been opposed to drinking...loves early closings, loves the stupid rules for sales restrictions after midnight etc...of course he doesn't think this is true. He's just trying to find some reason for his random restrictions. The public should eviscerate this clown for thinking they're so stupid as to believe this. What a cad.
