The owner of the operation is a member. Earlier this week five Japanese nationals were arrested after a compatriot complained that he was held against his will and extorted, reported Daily News. The five face seven serious charges including illegal detention and extortion. Daily News reported that a 39 year old who was arrested in the raid was covered in tattoos.
