Pattaya — Pattaya locals urge police to take action after seeing an unidentified foreigner allegedly having sex with what appeared to be a Thai woman on a Pattaya roadside at 4 AM today, December 26th.

 

An unnamed Thai local was walking near an intersection on Pattaya Third Road when he spotted a male foreigner and what appeared to be a Thai woman blatantly engaging in carnal acts in public early this morning.

 

The local pulled out his phone to record the scandalous scene between the couple as evidence for the authorities. According to the footage, the male foreigner had white skin and blond hair and was approximately 180-190 cm tall and 25-35 years old. As for his partner, she had dark skin and was around 150-160 cm in height, and was about 25 years old.

Who were the local residents that suddenly appeared in the story.

Why are these 'local residents' not bothered that children are walking around these deserted roads at 4am?

Is the guy in the picture related to the story?

Will the unnamed Thai local be charged with producing porno movies?

Priorities, priorities! If a Thai saw someone entering your premises  and haulingo out your belongings, with the knowledge that you were away, not a word would be said. If a Thai saw a farang being beat up and robbed by a ladyboy, not a word would be said. A farang dry humping a Tha sex worker in public at 4 am, all hell breaks loose. Of course, this would never have happened if the falang had stayed in his home country.

If he is unidentified, how do they know he is a foreigner? 

Same for the woman.

I'm like duh I understood that 100%. But you didn't answer. Gays also use the second one commonly among themselves ( and others ) which is interesting. I don't hear Asians doing the same however.
