Officers from Inburi had traced a drug dealer called Pongsathorn to a resort in their area. Pongsathorn spilled the beans about an abbot to whom he had just sold 200 yaba. Officers in conjunction with the Bang Rachan constabulary found the abbot's quarters locked up and the abbot was asking about a search warrant. But when the locals found out they were only too willing to open up - they had been concernned about the drug dealing abbot at Wat Samakhee Tham for the last two years. The police found 198 pills. Phra Siriwat said he got them for his own use after ordering on Line. He claimed he wasn't selling but ordered a lot at a time so he wasn't caught out by his parishioners. He paid 2,000 baht for 200. Guess his supplier will fill in the blanks of his purchases, weekly or monthly. 2000 tabs should hold him over for at least 1 year, 5 tabs a day ????.
