So was he released or not?

If they are holding him for 30 days to investigate, that doesn't sound too promising for him.

Not that I care about him at all but it is an interesting media story.

As near as I can tell, he has not been released.  I've removed posts suggesting he has.  I guess we will just have to stay tuned!

Whether they charge him or not, my impression of Romania has been upgraded.

Tate is a very rich ,arrogant,  loudmouthed  man BUT he says some things that need to be said....A lot of people dont like him for this.

I will wait to see the evidence before making any judgement. Many wanted to shut this man up, they failed....I think they may be on to plan B.

I havent seen he said anything yet that have been groundbreaking in terms of importance that havent been said yet by Jordan B Petersen in a proper manner and without provoking anyone except journalists who trying to get a score or two, or those who is truly far left fetched.

Tate is just a cheap copy

He's apparently a notorious conman as well.

Well, a conspiracy mindset justifies those possessed of (by?) one into crediting that since what they believe and allege is threatening, then it must be true.

"denied wrongdoing through an attorney". Code for paid off a judge.

A Romanian court is due to rule on Tuesday on a challenge filed by Andrew Tate, an internet personality notorious for hate speech, against his 30-day arrest for alleged human trafficking and formation of an organised crime group to exploit six women.

Tate, his brother Tristan and two Romanian female suspects were detained by Romanian anti-organised crime prosecutors on Dec. 29 pending a criminal investigation. They have denied wrongdoing through an attorney and have challenged the arrest warrant.

no he doesn't - fancy thinking a man who deliberately tricked men into giving thousands of dollars to models online and then bragged about ripping them off has "things that need to be said" or is some kind of supporter of men's rights.

Andrew Tate: Romanian police widen probe into controversial influencer

Romanian police are expanding their investigation into former kickboxing champion Andrew Tate, seizing a fleet of luxury cars from his Bucharest compound over the weekend, and raiding seven more properties - including a newly renovated villa beneath the Carpathian Mountains.

The sight of Mr Tate's shiny dove-grey Porsche perched delicately on the battered frame of a police tow truck neatly captured his shift in fortunes as, through the high black gates of his compound, a slow procession of trucks carried his prized collection of luxury cars to join him in police custody.

Raids on seven more properties last week are widely seen as a sign that investigators are expanding their search for evidence in the case.

I think he's going down and deserves it.

Well I hope you're right, but the rich seem to be able to buy the best attorneys and I'm not sure about the Romanian justice system. That being said I'm sure Ghislaine Maxwell probably thought the same, and that didn't exactly pan out for her

If he doesn't go down I fear he's the cheerleader for a whole new generation of misogynist young men taking society back decades, but this time with online porn thrown in!

I saw a video of a lawyer commenting on taped evidence of him speaking.

It was incredibly damming.

There is at least one alleged rape victim witness.

There is also a record of him insulting Romanian justice and bragging he could bribe.

They would lose face if he walks on bribing now.

His fans will probably mostly still love him and consider him a victim of the vortex.
