Pattaya Condos: History and Future
I'm being selfish I know but I consider further condo development as a bad thing for the liveability of the city. I don't know about KhunHeinekin's Australian dollar but I know my UK pound has decreased from 70 to 43 from the time I bought in Pattaya, so a 5% return on money in the bank at home wouldn't have come near compensating for the effective increase in rental cost due to home country currency decline should I have chosen to rent. I personally wouldn't buy now due to the currency level alone. -

Yes, Israel’s plan for Rafah would be a crime but international law has never protected Gaza
OK Doc LOL. What bothers you more, the fact that normal people view jew haters and terrorist lovers as the lowest form of humanity, or the fact the the Jews keep winning? -

Pattaya Condos: History and Future
Probably because I don't really want to be in Thailand. For years I have lived in major Thai cities that are not really my cup of tea, trying to save money to return to the Usa and buy a retirement home there. I never seem to have enough to make the return comfortably, so I kind of live in "cheapish" condo's in cities with major airports, expecting to move out of thailand any day now and never making much of an effort to settle in. Years have gone by and I'm still here. -

Kissing on the mouth
It's probably one of the reasons that the girls frequently nip out of the bar for a quick bowl of som tam. Sure they love the stuff, but they must have also noticed it puts more than a few customers off wanting to kiss them. Also the reverse cowboy grinding they often do when they go and sit with customers avoids such unpleasantries. -

UK Macron Blames Brexit for Channel Migrant Surge as UK-French Deal Faces Turmoil
You are intent on doing a hatched job on Macron. Fine, I will play along. When exactly did Macron work at Rothschild other than his 4 year period starting in 2008? What is the longstanding relationship with Sanofi? Macron is not responsible for the loss of French influence in Africa. It was lost decades ago with its embarrassments in Egypt, Lebanon, Haiti, Burundi, Rwanda, and Chad et al. Blaming Macron because of the actions of the despots in Niger is ridiculous. France is not a world power and has not had influence since the collapse of its crumbling colonial holdings after WWII. The french population doesn't want influence in Africa because it requires sending "aid" to people who are neither appreciative nor grateful for the aid. Russia is not displacing France. The reality is that France would not enable the Niger military dictator and so Niger turned to Wagner Group. That says more about Niger than France. The French are always angry. The Farmers are angry because their ridiculously high subsidies are inflated. French unions and their workers are unhappy because they wanted the retirement age to be kept at age 64, despite that age being unsustainable by pension plans and the fact that French people have a longer longevity than the time when the age was set. France is an unproductive inefficient manufacturing nation because of its 35 hour work week, 11 statutory holidays and minimum 30 days of vacation, which is typically higher in state and unionized industries. They get upset anytime a government points out that it is 2025 and not 1965 and that workers are not doing the intensive manual labour that they once did because of automation of production processes.
