Some automative shops will have a good source for this (if thats what you need). I had the dealer powder coat some items on my motorcycle (this was in Bangkok though). I did very similar and had some smaller chrome parts on my motorcycle powder coated from chrome to matt-black (dealer in Bangkok) So any motorcycle dealership and repair shop should be able to put you in the right direction.
