We are situated in Sisaket province and have plenty of farmland available to us. We would like to begin growing our own Thai weed but I’m sure a cultivating license is required. You have to say how many plants you plan on growing and for what purpose. Sounds to me like you are planning on growing not only for yourself, so please don't use that pretense here if that is the case. Your partner can go to the nearest Ministry of Public Health office and ask for the cannabis liaison. They will instruct her on all various requirements.
