Companies offering 15 month Non-B Visa & Work Permit as an alternative to Thai Elite/LTR, are these legit or will I face problems in the future?

Featured Replies

I found a few of these companies online that offer 15 month Non B Visa with work permit optional so that I could potentially stay and travel in Thailand similar to what I would do on a 1 year ED visa without going to class.

From what I've read, I could just pay them for a 15 month Non B Visa and just chill & travel in Thailand for that time period? Have I read this correctly or am I missing something?

Are these Visa packages legit or are they in a grey area / frowned upon by immigration? The last thing I would want is to screw up my immigration history and mess up any chance if I want to commit to a Thai Elite visa in the future.

(The companies I found are Shelter and UnionSpace, has anyone had experience with them?)

Non B Visa ......without having a business or working , you are looking

for trouble......

The total price would be around 200k baht. Not sure if it's worth it. For this money, you can open a company by yourself and hire Thai nominees.
