Sometimes you can return upon that date to be told that they need more time and you are again bailed to another future date. Whilst on police bail they are not permitted to restrict travel.

March 1, 20233 yr Popular Post When I arrived back in the UK last April for a short trip after 10 years away on a passport I ordered in Bangkok the UK immigration officer scanned my passport looked at me and smiled and scanned it again. I asked if there was a problem and he said "just looking at how long you have been away. It's been a while". I laughed and said how much information do you guys have on people. His reply... "We know everything." We laughed and I went about my day. They must know where he is and Thai immigration will know if he is still in the country or not.

Seems strange that such a serious offence he was out on bail or had his freedom?

March 1, 20233 yr Seems like a lot of quality people come to Thailand from Western countries. Not only the ones that couldn’t make it there. That blame their personal downfalls on everything except themselves. But criminals also. No wonder they call this the LOS.
