Messages

On messages I get a message and every time I try to send a message back it says failed try again.

Try again many times still no go. 

 

What am l not doing right.?

1- Do you have enough Balance / Credit to send messages?

2- Have you tried to turn your phone off and after a couple of mins turning it on again

3- Maybe contact your provider and ask what is wrong?
