Hotline Services Set up to Receive Reports on Call Center Scams

BANGKOK, March 13 (TNA) – Hotlines have been set up by 12 commercial banks to receive public reports on call center gangs and money scams, said acting government spokesperson Anucha Burapachaisri.


The 24/7 hotlines directly receive reports and complaints from the public on cases related to call center gangs and money scams.

 

These hotlines are:

 

 KBANK: 0-2888-8888 press 001

 Krung Thai Bank 0-2111-1111 press 108

 Krungsri Bank 1572 press 5

 Bangkok Bank 1333 or 0-2645-5555 press *3


 Siam Commercial Bank: 0-2777-7575

 TMBThanachart Bank 1428 press 03

 Government’s Savings Bank: 1115 press 6

 CIMB Thai Bank: 0-2626-7777 press 00

 

Thai Credit Retail Bank: 0-2697-5454

 UOB Bank Thailand: 0-2344-9555

 Land and House Bank: 0-2359-0000 press 8

 Government Housing Bank: 0-2645-9000 press 33
