Foreign man dies on visit to Thailand’s tallest mountain in Chiang Mai

 

 

A foreign man has died while on a visit to Doi Inthanon, Thailand’s tallest mountain, in the northern province of Chiang Mai. It’s understood the man, whose name and nationality have not been released, lost consciousness in the Doi Inthanon car park after travelling there with a tour group on Sunday.

An elderly woman has been dragged away after shouting and cursing at the Thai PM as he visited the western province of Ratchaburi. According to a Nation Thailand report, the unnamed woman was part of a crowd of people who had gathered at Ban Pong Community Hall yesterday morning to greet PM Prayut Chan-o-cha.
