The city is planning to reduce the number of motorcycle taxi drivers in the actual street and move them to nearby areas, citing complaints of too many still driving in pedestrian areas. Garbage trucks will also collect garbage nightly at 3am and cooperation is expected with business owners. On every market street or pavement you find people on motorcycles, bikes and cars driving in the walking shopping people...
