transam Posted March 19, 2023 Share Posted March 19, 2023 The Merlin V12 came in many different guises, it was fitted to an incredible variety of aircraft, and also British tanks etc of the time. To say it's from a Spitfire is a bit vague, the Spitfire had a 2 stage supercharger, the car in question had a USA Holley carburettor...???? But the car sounds and smells coool.....
