Off to Bali next week and am going to apply for Non Imm B visa.

Any one done this in Bali? Also any news/views on if a multiple entry will be granted or will it just be a single?

Requirement document

1. Color Photo in 4*6 cm, 3 photos

2. Photo Copy Passport, 1 Copy

3. Sponsor letter

4. Fee 50 USD / pax / 1 entry

5. Certificate of Company registration

6. Receipt of annual tax payment ( por-ngor-dor 50)

Remark

1.process the visa in 2 working days
