Yep, it is, and is very tasty why don't you guys show us what you can cook, or recipes if you have, It does not matter what it is, even a Hamburger or chips even take away, posts just get something going, instead reading all the crap you read all day, it does not matter if you cooked it or your missus. Yes I know I get abused by many posters so be it.

I rarely cook, but if it makes you feel better I thought that was from a restuarant.

Only western food I really eat here is fast food. Texas chicken has been the best for me, better than kfc/burger king/mcdonalds in my opinion.

I will say though, a "steak" in Thailand is more like a diner steak, vs in America where a steak is more like a steakhouse. Had it a few times at eat am are, can't complain.

Hot weather so lots of sandwiches.  Simplistic, Spicy tortilla chips, slow cooked pork, spicy bologna, cheese, pickles & mustard.  Inspired by, but not a Cuban, we'll call it a Cayman

Currywurst by the looks of it.

Sausage, ketchup & curry powder. Call that food? Good for the mouth but bad for the body.

Is this thread only for posting pictures or can we ask questions about suppliers of Western Food?

Ask away, although I find Makro has everything I need to play home chef, from scratch.   Cheat sometimes, if convenient.   Makro having many things in bulk/larger packaging, than other chains (Big C, Lotus's).

If I can't fink it locally, or at Gourmet Markets when at Hua Hin, then I must not need, or will substitute something for that ingredient.   Not a fan of ordering perishable food items online.

Really nothing I can't source almost locally, for anything I'm cooking.  I do have years of experience cooking for myself, even working in 3 bakeries, though not sure how helpful that is, as not keeping any of those recipes for 1000 doughnuts at at time, or 100 butter cakes.  Technik knowledge yes, but learn more simply on YouTube of late.

One thing needed, is a good convection over, if baking/roasting.  Our house is basically a giant eat in kitchen, with 1 bedroom ????  And still don't seem to have enough counter space.
