Trouble Reaching Int'l Sites Today

i have TT&T Maxnet and I can't seem to get most international sites to load today- including Yahoo, Google, Amazon, etc. I get a Network Error page... is anyone else having this problem?

My three phonelines are dead, cables cut and stolen! So my Maxnet is not working at all

Currently on my laptop using AIS Edge through a sierra wireless card, and so far it has been working pretty good!

Just tested 158 kbps down and 52 kbps up to speakeasy's US servers...

Yes, for over a week now (except on Tuesday) after about 8 in the morning international access dries up. I'm going to ask TOT IPstar for a discount.
