Full English B'fast

Maybe the guy is trying to go straight and just run a restaurant, but the people who hold his past against him and boycott his business make it impossible. :o

If he is trying to go straight why not sell the bars and give back the stolen Aussie pensioners' money?

You're having a larf if you think any of these scumbags will ever make amens or be brought to justice for their despicable criminal actions.

Remember all the swindled Australian pensioners when you are wolfing down that full English.

I knew someone that claimed he used the pub itself for 'boiler room' investments in the movie industry. Something to do with Irish Nationalists or something. He was/is a Hollywood Producer of some sort...

Just winding you up actually! :D

Jools Soi Nana. Best breakfast in Asia.

Look at the post above the last one you made, you will notice that the bar has been bought out by a new company.

I love the breakfast at the Xchange and am sad its closing, I hope the food is as good when the new guys open it as Molly Malones.

Some of these people need to start growing up and taking responsibility for their actions.

The TOPIC is where is a good English breakfast. Several people replied The Dubliner and The Irish Exchange have Good breakfasts compliments to the chef not to the owners.

I agree entirely they are the best IMO. Keeping it on topic "Boiler room" or no "Boiler room" - still a good breakfast.

Perhaps as you feel so strongly about it start a new thread about it in the correct forum.

Apart from all this ranting and raving pro and con about the Irish xchange owners, I've had that breakfast several times over the past year, and just a few days ago, tried Jools on Soi 4 for the first time. Xchange is a good breakfast, and you can park free with validation.

Jools bfast was better, bigger with more things, and less greasy. Irish X-change has better coffee though, but Jools gives you a bigger mug full. Parking across the street was 20 baht in the Raj? parking lot. Generally, I don't need to eat these coronary artery-clogging breakfasts as they are a fast track to a heart attack, but sometimes...can't resist, whether served by swindlers or not. :o

Your name comes up time and time again with reference to the boiler room scam on numerous forums on the internet not just this one with the same moral standing points.

Lecturing everyone on how we have no morals for eating or drinking at the irish bars. I wish we could all be as perfect as you are. Quite frankly your posts on Thai Visa as well as 2 other Thailand related forums on the internet are just annoying and you come across as a most unlikeable person whether that is your intentions or not.

I believe the Dubliner has also changed owners since then as well as the irish exchange if I am not mistaken.

Have to go. I am off for Low Moral High Fat content Breakfast at ................

Edited by dekka007

Wife dragged me down to our local IKEA store in Edmonton North London the other day for an early morning breakfast (I have never been before )

Bacon,Sausages, scrambled egg (aroi mak)hash browns..suppose Swedish influence and beans and all for 90 pence. :D ...and they say LOS is cheap..... :o

Bread and butter was extra and the coffee cost 60 pence but you could refill as much as you like......US style... :D luvly jubly

Right.........................we'll all pop down there then for brekkies :D

Organised criminals the lot of them. Anyone who knowingly gives them their business should feel ashamed IMO.

Seems that a lot of people's morals are tossed out the window in the quest for a simple greasy full English, when better can be easily found elsewhere IMO.

Mind you, that area of Sukhumvit is where they congregate to engage in other immoral activities.

Some of these people need to start growing up and taking responsibility for their actions.

Some has told me you wrote an intellegent, non-whinging post once Tud, but, for the life of me I can't find it, and I have looked through most of your whinges. Can you point me in the right direction please.

I think his glass is half empty. I haven't seen one positive post from him yet. :o

I like reading his posts. He's not a mamby pamby azz like so many on this forum. He speaks his mind & isn't afraid to back it up. And, I don't think I've ever even had any exchange with him on this forum, so don't think I'm his butt buddy or anything.
