Thai Land One thing that is guaranteed to appreciate, as they're not making any more. 55 certainly isn't too late to start, depending how long one plans on living. Wife & myself, investing in land, and about 15 yrs ago, making me 55 +/- back then ฿720k turned into ฿3M in less than 10 yrs ฿1.036M recently, has turned into ฿2.4M, last 3 ish yrs, Of course, it's always better to start earlier. Really doesn't take much to get started, just live within your means, control & manage your finance, and build equity ASAP, with all your spare money, instead of trying to impress people who don't give a rat's ass about you. -

I have been with my Thai "Wife" for 36 years , just got around to marrying her last month, as the divorce came through from my British wife ,I only really done it ,as not sure how long I have left, and thought it would be easier for her to sort out things when I do pop off. She is a really great wife ,Trustworthy ,Honest,hard worker , a saver, not a spender,does not tell lies, even when I want her too,does not smoke, drink,or gamble ,except flutter on lottery ,everything you would want in a wife ,maybe not as exciting as some of you'd would like , but they are the ones that would steal everything you have and not leave you a pot to piss in , over the years have heard many stories of men who have lost the lot, consider myself very lucky .... regards worgeordie -

There is one clear proof that illustrates clearly how White Culture is not superior to any other: Black Hawk Down. Despite enjoying a massive technological gap, the US army was humiliated by Somali street fighters. The Somalis shot down not one, but two Black Hawks. They shot down the supposed supermen from Delta Force like rabbits. The US army, desperate, asked the Malaysian and Pakistani peacekeepers to bail them out and bring their tanks. They agreed. After a shot time the US decided to withdraw from Somalia. This episode clearly shows that White culture is not superior to any other, but rather that White Culture depends on the technology gap to win its battles. If a bunch of Somali street fighters can beat the US army, what does that say about the superiority of White Culture? It does not exist. -
