I used Paitoon (08-1353 6654) as well - thorough cleaning, reasonable price and quick service.  Can’t ask for much more.

RCA is asking me 4500 baht to fix the coil since it have gas leakage.

Did they show you where it is leaking? 

 

Is the coil copper or aluminum?

A new 18k BTU TCL is 11k baht, comes with new copper+ installation 3.5k usually

Its 12000 BTU 

No it belongs to the apartment i rent. 

Yes on the left side of the coil you could see its building up like ice. 

Looks like aluminum its dark but not sure. 

Actually after he check the price is 5500 Baht since he want to change it to a new one.

If you are renting, why is the landlord not paying for it? 

 

If the coil is aluminum, it should be replaced as they are very difficult to fix. What is the warranty with the new coil?

 

If your rent is low, and the landlord will not pay, and you do not want to move, just get it fixed.
