Can't subscribe to the newsletter

I got unsubscribed from the newsletter (no idea why), now I get this very user friendly message when I try to subscribe again:

So is there a solution? I tried with different email addresses and I still get the same error message.

Seems like this website is lacking support for issues/maintenance.

 

I asked about the member ranking being incorrect for so long.

 

Perhaps ad sales are slow thus less income for necessities?
