Construction of three suburban Bangkok electric train lines almost complete

The construction of three suburban electric train lines in and around Bangkok, the orange, yellow and pink lines, is over 90% complete and proceeding according to plan, with the pink line, between Khae Rai and Min Buri, ready for trial runs in January next year and full operation mid-year, Anucha Burapachaisri, the government spokesman said on Thursday.

Police raid 5 locations in Nonthaburi in crack down on a criminal gang

Over 100 police officers and three sniffer dogs raided five locations in Nonthaburi province this morning (Thursday), searching for members of the “Hong Zing” gang, who engaged in a shootout at a noodle shop in the province yesterday, in which three innocent people were injured, with one of whom is in a critical condition.

Krungsri Auto targets 1/3 EV lending market share amid 203% growth forecast

The firm anticipates a 6% decline in new motorcycle sales, amounting to 1.7 million units, mainly due to a high base effect. Out of these, 30,000 units are expected to be electric motorcycles, an increase of 203%, according to Chayathip Phanmanee, managing director of Ayudhya Capital Auto Lease Plc under the Krungsri Auto marketing brand.

Patong Municipality Election Director Wipa Chanthong confirmed the ban, which will be in effect throughout Patong Municipality Constituency 3 from 6pm on June 10 to 6pm on June 11.
