House For Rent Near Prom Thep

Featured Replies

I'm moving out of a wonderful 2 bedroom house with yard (lots of trees and plants) and wall, quiet away from the road with wonderful landlords (older thai couple - no english). AC, ADSL ready phone line, hot water - no furniture (but mine is for sale!). Rent is 11000 a month 2 months deposit required. Only 4 houses in the area with a large open space in front. A real rare find. My landlord will give my deposit back (despite leaving before my lease is up) if I help them find a new renter.

There are 2 options, you can finish my lease (2 months) paying the deposit directly to me (we can meet with the landlord to assure that I have kept the house in good order - I'm not looking to cheat anyone) so you have 2 months to determine if you like the place after which you can move out or renegotiate the contract depending on your length of stay. OR you can simply sign a YEAR lease with the landlord and pay the deposit directly to them.

It's a nice place in a great area so I'm sure it'll go fast.

Also - never had any problems with water and it's free. The house has it's own well and a tank that is located well in front of the property up high on a tower to ensure good water pressure.
