onthedarkside Posted June 5, 2023 Posted June 5, 2023 An employee at Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence drained the resort’s swimming pool last October and ended up flooding a room where computer servers containing surveillance video logs were kept, sources familiar with the matter told CNN. While it’s unclear if the room was intentionally flooded or if it happened by mistake, the incident occurred amid a series of events that federal prosecutors found suspicious. At least one witness has been asked by prosecutors about the flooded server room as part of the federal investigation into Trump’s handling of classified documents, according to one of the sources. Credo Posted June 6, 2023 Posted June 6, 2023 If he wanted to scrub the servers, he should have consulted with Hillary. 2

bendejo Posted June 6, 2023 Posted June 6, 2023 No sale. Should have said "it was an act of God!" He never figured out that if he behaved as if he had something to hide people may get the impression he has something to hide. Tomorrow's lesson: why you should not put your hand in a fire 1

They are even still discussing whether to indict him for the Mar-a-lago case. Maybe they won't. And there is still the Georgia issue and the storm to the capitol issue. In these cases they take as well ages before doing the (probable) right thing. Is this so difficult to see ? With his own mindset he would have said: Don't lock him up, just hang him high. But instead they discuss to make him president again. Worse than Pineapple Pizza (with Ketchup). But this is the US. Unbeliveable. 1

But convicting him will be very hard. Even with perfect cases all it takes is one stealth maga cult member to gum it up.

I suspect they are likely to find stuff from before he took the WH, like money laundering for his Russian friends via real estate. These would be scandalous cases in their own right, pretty much detached from the ones currently known to be pending.
ozimoron Posted June 6, 2023 Posted June 6, 2023 The torrent of new evidence delays prosecution. Sad.
Chomper Higgot Posted June 6, 2023 Posted June 6, 2023 Once again it’s the attempted coverup that reveals the crime.
