Siam Rath news reporters conducted an on-site investigation at Krathing Lai Beach Public Park in Nong Kluen Subdistrict, Bang Lamung District, Chonburi Province, following complaints from tourists along with the submission of a video clip as evidence.

 

The video, lasting 1.43 seconds, clearly showed explicit sexual activity taking place on the rocks within the public park, without any regard for passing tourists. The concerned villagers revealed that the incident occurred at approximately 2:00 am earlier today.

They explained that they had come to enjoy the seaside breeze and have a meal when a group of about 5 to 6 teenage boys and girls, aged around 18 to 20, arrived in pairs.

 

They discreetly positioned themselves in dark corners and engaged in sexual activities, paying no attention to the tourists seated nearby.

 

The whole encounter lasted around 3 minutes, after which they dispersed. Consequently, the villagers are urging relevant authorities to take swift action and apprehend those responsible for this inappropriate behavior, as it is a public indecency and tarnishes the international image of Pattaya, causing significant damage.

 

Further inquiries were made, and Mr. Somchai (last name withheld), a 62-year-old security guard at Krathing Lai Beach, recounted that he often witnesses unruly teenagers misbehaving on the beach every night, particularly between 2:00 am and 4:00 am.

For instance, just Tuesday (June 6th), a group of teenagers engaged in a physical altercation, while some others engaged in sexual activities.

 

The scene was truly distressing to witness. Mr. Somchai, responsible for maintaining security on the beach, emphasized that such incidents occur frequently due to the darkness and silence that envelop the area during late hours. It is rare for authorities to conduct regular inspections during that time.

 

The village and beach authorities are urged to step up their efforts in monitoring and preventing these incidents from recurring, ensuring the safety and decency of public spaces.

Probably crowded places at 2 am....who cares in every country these things happens.. Sex on the beach, in the dunes, in dark corners... It is the youth and yes, sometimes the hormones can't wait.. We were young once too.. Why make a fuss of everything. Maybe it happened once and not every night in that park

Pattaya — Pattaya residents are urging the police to find a group of randy teenage couples who openly copulated on the beach early Thursday morning, June 7th.

The Pattaya News team went to investigate the area in question at the Hat Krating Lai Public Park within the Naklua sub-district of Banglamung district yesterday afternoon, June 7th, after being notified by concerned citizens of several teenagers engaging in carnal acts on the rocks within the public park.

 

According to the citizens, the disturbing incident occurred at around 02:00 AM yesterday, June 7th. The anonymous witnesses revealed to the press that they were sitting by the beach, enjoying their meal and the breeze, when a group of 5-6 teenage boys and girls, aged around 18-20 years old, arrived. The group separated into pairs and found secluded spots among the rocks. They then engaged in sexual activities openly without caring about the gaze of tourists sitting nearby.

Luckily, the guy pointing had the presence of mind to load his camera with infrared film to capture this disgusing event at two o'clock in the morning. I was so shocked I almost fell out of the tree.
