If Phi saw the car speeding along the RIGHT lane, would it not have been coming towards him? If the car was in the WRONG lane, then it would have been going away from him. This obviously does not apply to dangerous road hogs like yourself. yeah my car like many has an accelerator. what roads am I dangerously hogging by doing 1km/h over the speed limit ? would have thought a road hog is someone who sits in 10 under the limit in the fast lane and refuses to move over for vehicles doing the limit.
