Can they get in through drain or something?

Do you have ceiling lights with baffles ? They can get in through those lights in the ceiling from roof(from 1st floor as well if there is space between ceiling and upper floor)
If yes, there is a way to block them.
I used pvc screen.

It could be a tarantula.  There are a few varieties in Thailand.

A photo would be helpful.

Tarantulas are not normally found indoors.

I always carry Tea Tree Oil, make a solution and spray it around openings.....

We used to catch huntsman spiders as kids and hold them inside our cupped hands, and shake them to annoy them. Their bits is akin to hot pin prick.

Get a takay no more spiders its slightly annoying as it wants to talk all the time a bit like the wife, I find ear plugs are a great remedy!

Probably a huntsman. We've a few of them recently too. I have no idea how you would keep them out. They can make themselves almost completely flat and get under or around a closed door. They seem to like the bathroom, the humidity maybe, or the bugs.

Spraying stuff like mint or citrus around doors and windows is supposed to deter them from coming in, but I can't say I've noticed a difference. If you find something that works, please let us know!

Seems the answer would be to put a rubber strip along the bottom of the door then. I'd be more worried about the bedroom though.
