Popular Post Social Media Posted July 8, 2023 Popular Post Posted July 8, 2023 Special counsel Jack Smith’s team has signaled a continued interest in a chaotic Oval Office meeting that took place in the final days of the Trump administration, during which the former president considered some of the most desperate proposals to keep him in power over objections from his White House counsel. Multiple sources told CNN that investigators have asked several witnesses before the grand jury and during interviews about the meeting, which happened about six weeks after Donald Trump lost the 2020 election. Some witnesses were asked about the meeting months ago, while several others have faced questions about it more recently, including Rudy Giuliani. Last month, for two consecutive days, Giuliani sat down with investigators for a voluntary interview about a range of topics, including the tumultuous December 2020 meeting that he attended, sources said. Popular Post heybruce Posted July 8, 2023 Popular Post Posted July 8, 2023 "The December 14 date is of particular interest to prosecutors, sources told CNN. On that day, slates of alternate Republican electors in seven battleground states signed certificates falsely asserting Trump had won. Also that day, members of the Electoral College met in all 50 states to officially cast their ballots, declaring Joe Biden the winner with 306 electoral votes to Trump’s 232. " "Alternate" (fake) electors who signed certificates falsely asserting that Trump had won. Obviously these people are screwed, but what about the leader of this attempt to subvert democracy? 3

Popular Post Chomper Higgot Posted July 8, 2023 Popular Post Posted July 8, 2023 It looks like Giuliani has decided to cooperate with the DoJ, and why not? I said at the start, what kind of dumb do you have to be to sign the evidence of your crime and then submit it to Government and do so on behalf of Donald Trump of all people?! Now the question is, who is Giuliani going to rat on? Jack be nimble, Jack be quick. 3
bendejo Posted July 8, 2023 Posted July 8, 2023 When these grifters suddenly showed up in Dec 2020 with all their goofy ideas I figured DT dangled some kind of bounty for keeping him in office, probably a pile of $$$. (As if he would actually pay.) I still think so. It brought out the bottom feeders like pillow guy, overstock guy, Powell et al. And there is still that matter of Powell making that phone call to the Pentagon, telling them to invade Germany or something like that. The only thing that comedy lacked was Peter Sellers. 1

And his defense consists of attacks, nothing on the content. 1

The forces that be would be lost without this tool!imop" Leaks seems to be a thing within Trumps team Trump wanted to tap aides’ phones to stem leaks, former official says Former President Trump wanted to wiretap his aides’ phones in order to pursue potential leakers, a former Department of Homeland Security (DHS) aide alleged in an upcoming book, reviewed by NBC. Miles Taylor, a senior aide to former DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen, also claimed that aides had concerns about the way the former president handled classified materials. Trump has long decried those who leak information to the press as “traitors.” https://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/4086489-trump-wanted-to-tap-aides-phones-to-stem-leaks-former-official-says/ 1 2
