I wonder if any on can help me

Im about to do my 3rd entry visa into thailand and still want to stay longer, can i leave again and apply for a tourist visa which gives me 60+30 days ? I know it says in the rules that you cant stay longer than 90 days in a 6 month period but does this apply here or does that 90 day rule only apply to the tourist visa and not the entries. If some could help

Thanx

Shaun

The rule of maximum 90 days in six months applies only to visa-exempt entries. Therefore, you can subsequently enter Thailand with a tourist visa without any problem.
