Woman’s body found under Tha Phra BTS station

Police are investigating the death of a 27-year-old woman, whose body was discovered under Tha Phra sky train station on Friday night.

 

The woman has only been identified as “Kotchapan”, a native of Phayao province. She was found on the ground at about 11.30pm with serious head injuries. Her mobile phone and handbag were nearby.

 

Police think that she fell from the station, but why she fell is still yet to be determined. No one witnessed the incident. Police are checking local CCTV footage and her mobile phone in the hope of discovering what caused her to fall from the station.

 

Police will also contact her family and friends as part of the investigation.

RIP. Incidentally, a simple glance at any map - or even at the sign in the photo - would show that Tha Phra is a station on the MRT, not the BTS.

It was no suicide, as she believed she had wings when jumping. She was wrong! Just a sad mistake. Nothing to see here.

Sure it isn't. If found her belongings near her it must be a brutal robbery maybe with even a rape. GEEEEEZZZZ????
