 So most republicans screaming for hunter biden's head over some  hazy allegations that apparently lacked enough proof for the trump DOJ and AG to bring charges during their reign...where is your outrage of criminal acts when your boy trump has been and is being charged over and over for a variety of criminal acts that have gone beyond allegations to hard core evidence? 

 

If you are outraged over Biden's drug addicted son allegedly  taking a few million bucks where is your outrage against Ivanka and Kushner allegedly taking a few BILLION bucks from the Chinese and Saudis?  Should an investigation into that also be pursued?  

 

I am all for Biden being charged IF and WHEN there is some real hard core evidence presented to justify a grand jury indicting him.  The trump camp had two years to make a move but did not.  Why is that?

 

Meantime where is the same outrage of criminal acts by trump that have been charged after a grand jury reviewed volumes of hard core evidence of trumps variety of crimes?  The evidence so far revealed includes a multitude of video and audio tapes, often  in trumps own words, along with testimony from dozens of republicans who were in the room or on the phone and testified under oath as to what they personally saw or heard....and a grand jury looked and listened and then voted that yes there was ample evidence to support bringing criminal charges.

If the DOJ, FBI and DHS under both Trump and Biden could not find grounds to bring Hunter to trial, and now the House is making noise but also not finding sufficient grounds, then perhaps there is no there there.  The fact that you ignore that reality is why your answer is a vague non-answer.

This ruling is rare & historic!

The court wouldnt rubber stamp a plea deal between defense and Doj that gave Hunter immunity from future prosecution!

Going forward after watching all of the proceedings involving the two IRS investigators  and their credible testimony involving the doj hindering the IRS attempts at inquiry , I think there is no trusting the govt to investigate it self!

That being said,after they interview Devon Archer a

Impeachment inquiry with witnesses, cross examination, testimony from IRS and others, hunters emails & graphics from the laptop .joes videos denying his awareness of his son business dealings!  All of this put

classic disinformation. Your linked article starts with this paragraph which can only be purposely misleading - unless the author is genuinely uninformed but then he would not have been tasked to write an article in the first place.

 I am puzzled why the posters that banged on about lying President's being so terrible for years are now so silent. Moreso since their own narrative for years that "there is no evidence Joe Biden was aware of nor did he ever discuss his son's business" has been shown to be a lie. Turns out some people are more angry with a guy remembering the weather wrong on a certain day than for lying about his families corrupt activities with America's adversaries.

Allegations and maybes and stuff you find on the deep web are not EVIDENCE and any grown adult should surely know there is often a huge difference between allegations and EVIDENCE....have you ever been accused of something you did not do?  Gee wouldn't you demand that your accuser either put up or shut up??

 

Our entire legal system is based upon the idea that when you accuse someone of something that you must have EVIDENCE to convince a jury/and or judge and prove the accusations beyond a reasonable doubt.

then why oh why did the trump doj and barr not indict hunter...they had two years and did nothing....and with all those bank records, emails, photos etc it should have been a slam dunk....

 

and yes i saw two IRS agents who "felt" that the investigation was obstructed but the trump appointed man weiss who was actually in charge of it said that was not true....

Never mind no there there or no here here. You continually ignore the probability that the "grounds" have been slow to emerge due to obstruction, slow-walking and lack of action by the DOJ, whether under Trump or Biden.
